Set up your Relay server
Prepare Plesk, test email delivery, and create your first Relay administrator.
1. Server paths and commands
Upload the full installation ZIP and extract its procedure-gateway folder into your domain's document folder. These commands are prepared for you to copy; the browser does not execute them.
2. Authorize browser setup
Configure .env, install the schema, and run the generated bin/setup.php enable command as the subscription system user. Open its private link within one hour, or paste the token below. This prevents a visitor from claiming the first administrator account.
3. Administrator and SMTP
This creates the first Relay administrator, with access to all groups. App authentication super-admin users are created separately when you provision an authentication service.
4. Installation complete
Your administrator and encrypted SMTP settings are saved. Browser setup is now locked. Sign in to configure groups, connections and services.
Schedule background jobs
In Plesk, use Run a PHP script, select the PHP version for this domain, and enter only the absolute script path. Run these as the subscription system user.
Initialize backup storage separately in Backup & restore, then enable its scheduled job. Keep independent backups for each region.
